The Cycling Network for Muslim Women. In affiliation with British Cycling, we aim to make cycling more accessible and build confidence in women and children across communities. We currently operate in Greater London and Hertfordshire.
Our club is dedicated to providing opportunities for women and children to learn to cycle and build confidence. We inspire riders from all communities to explore and reach their full cycling potential.
SATURDAY RIDE
Our Saturday rides will be alternate rides between Beginners at Watford Cycle Hub and Intermediate rides to Richmond Park loops, Regent Park loops, it will be posted on the club website, lets ride platform and the Club WhatsApp group

SUNDAY RIDES
Various routes will be offered
Cyclists need a regular long endurance ride to improve fitness. This is ours. Once you are comfortable with the beginner rides, an intermediate ride for distances upto 25-30 Miles.
We will also be introducing advance rides for faster riders.
Because of covid 19 regulations, there are a maximum of 6 places per ride.
We run fast and steady groups. Please note that faster groups, which average 11mph or higher.
Tuesday Morning 10:00am Hillingdon Circuit
We will meet at Hillingdon Circuit, the perfect place to build up speed/practise your gears and build skills.
The ride is for 2 hours, riders of all abilities are welcome.
DRILLS AND COACHING
Because of the Covid-19 regulations members must pre-book places in their groups via the club website.
A professional coach will hold targeted training sessions in Hillingdon for racers and non-racers, fast or steady riders alike. An excellent way to reap big fitness gains – and these sessions will carry a discounted fee for our members.
YOUTH AND JUNIOR RIDING
Our Go Ride Awards Programme (ages 8-18) to help young riders develop their fitness, skills and performance in all cycling discipline, the sessions are turn every school term at Bannister Stadium.
