Review

Described as their ‘entry-level bike,’ this gravel bike is around to get you started on your adventures, it’s the less expensive sibling of the 8.9.

The aluminium frame is paired with a carbon fork for comfort, disc brakes for powerful and responsive braking.

Pros

  • Lifetime guarantee on frames and rigid forks – check t&c’s
  • Comfortable ride
  • Great tyre clearance

Cons

  • Oversize diameter seatpost – not so popular and can be difficult to replace parts
  • Tektro disc brakes aren’t the most powerful out there
  • Limited colour options
  • Entry level equipment

Verdict

Overall a really great bike at a fraction of the cost some of the well known brands charge, for very similar. This is a basic gravel/commuter bike to get you started and can be upgraded along the way to make it an even better ride.
